We all like to think we are living quite healthily, but when we keep an HONEST diary for a few days, it soon shows us -
- That we eat when we should not,
- That we do not go to bed early enough,
- That we do not sleep properly,
- That it is a long time since we really did have any 'out of breath' exercise.
- It may show that the diet we have as an ‘everyday diet’ is not really balanced.
- Perhaps it is a long time since we had a holiday
Look hard at the result and ask yourself WHY
why do I go to bed late?
why do I want sweet foods?
why is life always almost out of control?
Then ask - WHERE CAN I IMPROVE THINGS?
The answer to these questions may be your personal starting point to a new lifestyle. |
